GlobTra.com Rules and Regulations

I.    General assumptions

1. This agreement is between Kancelaria Gospodarcza-GlobTra ("GlobTra") and a website user.
2. GlobTra does not take part in negotiations between translators and outsourcers.
3. GlobTra is not responsible for services provided by translators and translation agencies.
4. Users of GlobTra.com are responsible for their username and password received to access their accounts.

II.    Informal Rules

1. Users should provide truthful personal information where required.
2. Project information should be detailed and adequate to translation services provided by translators.
3. Translators should deliver professionally completed projects on time.
4. In case if the rules stated above are violated, please let us know.
   

III.  Regulations

1. GlobTra reserves the right to revoke a user’s membership without warning when illegal activities are noticed or if a user does not follow GlobTra.com rules and regulations.
2. The email address and other personal information provided by users are used to provide the contact between translators and outsourcers. GlobTra respects privacy of users and pledges to protect all provided information against any misuse. 
3. The User is giving his consent to process data by the GlobTra for the tasks related with services rendering. The User declares that he is well acquainted that he has the right to inspect and to correct his personal data. The GlobTra is committing itself to keep the data concerning the User confidential. The User declares that he has familiarized himself with the present agreement and he is willing to obey it.
