When you decide you got a good offer - you log in to your account at GlobTra (with the password you defined/received when posting the job) and select one.

1. The translator will get a message that he was selected. Now he just needs to confirm that he accepts the job and that's it. If he takes too long to respond - you can select another one!
2. Both sides receive each other's contact information and the translator can start working!
3. It's up to you to decide on the way you receive the translated document and the way you pay for it.
4. As it's absolutely free for potential clients to use the system, GlobTra does not get involved in the agreements between the client and the translator and is not a side in the agreements. So it is entirely up to you to agree on a payment method (confirm it by email or fax)!
   
   Note that, that there are many simple ways to pay - like wire transfer or online payment with a credit card, PayPal or MoneyBookers and other renowned and secure payment gateways. Also, agreeing on a partial up front payment is quite a common option.
