As an international management consultancy EAC -Euro Asia COnsulting has supported many clients with their investments in Asia and Europe. Currently we are working for one of our key accounts in the business field of technical insulation, analyzing the market situation of mineral wool in Italy and other European countries. Our main task is to understand where and how much within a refinery (petrochemical plant, power plant…) mineral wool is needed. How end customers plan the decision making process when it comes to the purchase of mineral wool and what is crucial when choosing the manufacturer? Do any substitutes exist and which other application segments are to be considered? What are the requirements of the end customers?
