Usually potential clients select translators from the top of the list.

To appear high in the GlobTra catalogue of translators, you should:

- fill in your profile, including location, phone, language pairs, catchphrase, profile page and prices!
- get recommendations from former clients you did business with through GlobTra (only they can provide recommendations)
- be active in the discussion forums
- to be more fair - the list is shuffled regularly, so that other translators get exposure at the top of the list
- Premium users always appear above the free users
